About Sophie

Sophie’s experience of being in the fitness industry consists of over 12 years. Taking to a lot of different sports, but excelling in football and currently boxing, teams included Essex County Ladies and Leyton Orient. Not forgetting throwing the javelin for her county. She also has the olympic lifting level 2 coaching qualification and England boxing coach level 1 qualified.

Her ethos is ‘healthy body, healthy mind’, creating that balance with optimum nutrition and an active lifestyle that's NOT a chore it's a lifestyle.

Sophie’s passion and enthusiasm to fitness and her clients is infectious and inspires them with her ongoing support and dedication not just in their individual programming but in their nutrition planning and guidance.
