1-2-1 Personal Training is bespoke 60 minute sessions. I will programme you a structured training cycle to achieve your goals, have an eagle eye on technique and movement patterns to get the best out of you.
Whether its motivation, getting stronger, moving better or learning how to hit the pads in boxing. 60minute sessions are filled with tailored exercises chosen for YOU, perform and become better.
Together we will work on your nutrition requirements to improve your health, performance and wellbeing. Its important to me that you don't have to deprive yourself of food it's about creating healthy and happy relationships with yourself, your body and everyday life. Whilst getting awesome results!
The nutrition package is available with the Online + Nutrition and with 1-2-1 personal training subscriptions.
I will get to know you and your requirements through a consultation and an online questionnaire. I'll use the information to create your in person + online training and nutrition programme. Once this is done you will gain access to my online app portal.
Based on your requirements I will set personalised workout programmes for you. I'll always keep track and update your results. We can also chat together through the app and in person, I'll help you through every step.
You will receive a 1-2-1 training session per week and a scheduled video call a month. I'll provide you with feedback and analyse your technique. I'll always be there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
