Pre-workout Banana Bites!

Do you struggle to find a morning pre workout?

I am totally NOT a morning gym person...

However my partner is, so I have come up with a little pre morning workout snack to stop you morning gym goers feeling faint whilst doing whatever exercising you enjoy!

Banana Bites

Ingredients

x2 small/ medium sized bananas

50g/ half a cup of pure oats

20-30g/ half a cup of flaked almonds

5-8g dark chocolate

Method

- Mash the two bananas in a mixing bowl

- Add the oats, flaked almonds and the chopped chocolate bits into the bowl

- Mix together and place in a try flattening out to cover all corners

- Refrigerate for 2hours
