Ways to suppress hunger

If you know me well you'll know my sweet tooth is as sweet as they come! By dodging those sugar cravings correctly you'll actually find you don't need them as much, you'll learn to fuel your body and not drown it in treats.

Eat balanced meals regularly – don't over complicate it, just stick to 3 decent meals that fuel you right and don't leave you craving more. Load every meal with protein...colorful veg (carbs) and good fats (cook with Coconut oil, Avocado oil, organic butter)

Snack the right way – snacks are great, as long as you don't rely on those little 5minute windows to eat as much as you can and still try and call it a snack!...eat when your hungry, prepare the snack and choose WISELY. Protein and good fats are the best types of snacking food, they will suppress your appetite whilst keeping you fuller for longer. My favorite examples are avocado, cherry tomatoes and chicken or turkey and when Im really treating myself smoked salmon with cherry tomatoes and a small dollop of cream cheese – YUMMMY OR WHAT! Choosing lower density foods help control hunger – but remember sometimes you might just be dehydrated... Try a glass of water first!
